The detailed information you provide will NOT be accessible by anyone outside of EiQ's U.S.­-based analysts who validate the information you provide. Syndication Attorneys will not have access to any sensitive information you provide during the application process. A copy of your report will be provided to Syndication Attorneys, PLLC and to you. You will provide the report you receive from EiQ to the designated Manager of the Securities Offering as proof of your eligibility to participate as a Covered Person.
